Description

  • Design multi-channel digital assets for social, email, website, and advertising.
  • Produce print and in-person materials such as event booths, banners, out-of-home ads, and branded merchandise.
  • Contribute to brand guidelines and help maintain a clear, scalable, and well-documented design system.
  • Create and maintain reusable templates for the creative team and other internal teams.
  • Partner with digital and web development teams on web design and UX.
  • Collaborate across marketing teams including demand generation, events, product marketing, and content.
  • Execute campaign creative that stays consistent with Cority’s brand identity.
  • Support the evolution of Cority’s visual identity across channels.
  • Work with stakeholders and incorporate feedback from across the organization.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of professional design experience.
  • A portfolio demonstrating work across digital, print, and brand systems.
  • Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, interaction design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, UI design, typography, and layout.
  • Comfort with both digital and print production processes.
  • Strong UI and technology design skills.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Active use of AI in the creative workflow.
  • Experience building or contributing to design systems and component libraries.
  • Great taste and strong judgment about what works for different audiences and channels.
  • Collaborative, low-ego approach and comfort working across functions.
  • Comfort sharing work for review with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Motion design and animation experience with After Effects, Lottie, or CSS animation is preferred.
  • Short-form writing ability for headlines, taglines, and campaign copy is preferred.
  • Experience in both small and large organizations is preferred.
