Description

  • Own key supply chain metrics, including food costs, and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
  • Analyze inventory discrepancies, assess their cost impact, and create corrective action plans.
  • Manage stock levels to avoid shortages and excess while reducing waste and spoilage.
  • Oversee and optimize ordering and distribution processes in collaboration with other teams.
  • Monitor price changes and communicate updates to relevant departments.
  • Coordinate and support the deployment of new tools such as ERP/MRP and WMS systems.
  • Develop and improve SOPs to strengthen process adherence and departmental efficiency.
  • Perform deep dives and flag insightful findings to support decision-making.
  • Create action plans and develop dashboards to improve analysis and reporting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced use of Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, attention to detail, and numerical aptitude.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
  • Basic SQL knowledge.
  • Ability to leverage generative AI to improve output quality and speed.
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus.
  • Excellent English proficiency is required.
  • Experience working with new tools or systems such as ERP/MRP and WMS is preferred.
