Description

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for connectors, integration tooling, and partner enablement.
  • Drive adoption of connectors across customers by increasing standardization and reducing custom integrations.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Partnerships, and Customer Success to identify the drivers of successful connector adoption.
  • Lead development of new connectors and improve existing connectors to ensure reliability and scalability.
  • Improve developer and partner experience through APIs, CLI, MCP, UI wrappers, documentation, and self-serve capabilities.
  • Design scalable integration systems that reduce engineering effort per customer.
  • Enable internal teams and external partners to build and maintain integrations more effectively.
  • Help define processes, ownership, and long-term platform direction as the team grows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in platform, integrations, or developer-facing products.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and developer tooling.
  • Experience building scalable systems or platforms that reduce reliance on custom solutions.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of products or features across internal or external users.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including engineering, partnerships, and customer-facing teams.
  • Strong product judgment with the ability to balance flexibility and scalability.
  • Comfort working in fast-growing environments with evolving priorities and team structures.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or agent-based workflows and how they can improve developer experience or integration processes.
  • Nice to have: experience working with partner ecosystems, connectors, or marketplaces.
