Description

  • Ensure customers go live successfully and achieve measurable value from Constructor.io’s product.
  • Onboard and integrate customers with the product discovery/search services and improve the integration process.
  • Prioritize and triage customer issues, focusing the team on the most important problems to resolve.
  • Identify stakeholder roles within enterprise customers, manage competing requests, and align priorities for organizational success.
  • Coordinate with engineering, data science, and product teams to secure necessary resources and minimize engineering effort on low-priority requests.
  • Develop and communicate internal and external narratives and success plans for customers.
  • Field, troubleshoot, and resolve customer support requests.
  • Create and maintain customer documentation and training materials.
  • Continuously look for process improvements to increase customer success and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience working directly with customers and large organizations in customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with APIs and experience interacting with them.
  • Ability to quickly understand organizational roles, identify key stakeholders, and craft clear narratives to gain alignment.
  • Proven ability to prioritize work, triage problems, and motivate others to take the right actions.
  • Comfortable serving as the primary customer-facing representative of the company.
  • Curiosity and a strong desire to learn quickly, think creatively, and develop practical solutions.
  • Enjoy interacting with customers and solving new problems on a daily basis.
