Description

  • Lead AI initiatives for clients and leverage the company’s AI platform to create effective end-user experiences.
  • Design and implement client journeys and AI solutions for complex, specific business problems.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting their AI strategy and addressing concerns.
  • Create a feedback loop between clients and the Engineering/Product teams to inform product improvements.
  • Define, monitor, and report client success metrics, and improve results over time.
  • Present results, insights, and expansion proposals to stakeholders.
  • Identify challenges and opportunities to expand AI applications within customer journeys.
  • Adjust product implementation based on data analysis and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams to solve problems and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Brazil.
  • Proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a management consultant, product manager, or in a similar role at an AI company.
  • Experience in project management and in managing client or stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical background with the ability to work effectively with technical teams.
  • Engineering or technical experience is a plus.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems in a structured way.
  • High drive for impact and willingness to go beyond current solutions and frameworks.
  • Strong sense of urgency while keeping scalability and repeatable processes in mind.
  • Curious and able to learn difficult things quickly.
