Description

  • Identify the biggest user pain points where AI can materially improve user outcomes in crypto.
  • Turn ambiguous ideas into a clear MVP with defined scope, constraints, and success metrics.
  • Prototype full AI experiences in Python to validate value and quality before production.
  • Own prompt and context engineering, including instruction design, guardrails, tool/function calling patterns, and output formatting.
  • Build evaluation loops using golden sets, scenario coverage, qualitative rubrics, regressions, and acceptance criteria.
  • Design a clear, trustworthy, and resilient AI user experience that handles failures gracefully.
  • Run fast experiments, analyze real usage and output data, and iterate quickly on AI features.
  • Partner with Engineering to productionize validated MVPs and provide handoff specs, edge cases, and evaluation results.
  • Support debugging and post-launch iteration after shipping.
  • Work on the highest-leverage product surface at any given time.

Requirements

  • Strong product judgment and the ability to make sound decisions under ambiguity.
  • Hands-on Python prototyping ability with the capability to write clean code quickly.
  • Practical LLM experience with intuition for prompt iteration and context design.
  • Strong evaluation mindset with the ability to define quality and test for failure modes and regressions.
  • High-agency execution with the ability to move from a vague problem to shipped learning with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for simplifying complex ideas and building stakeholder alignment.
  • Preferred: experience shipping user-facing AI features such as chat, agents, copilots, summarization, search/Q&A, or personalization.
  • Preferred: 0-to-1 experience in fast-moving environments and owning ambiguous problems end-to-end.
  • Preferred: experience building tool-using and agent-like workflows.
  • Preferred: experience and interest in cryptocurrency.
  • Preferred: candidates who can share examples of prototypes, side projects, or shipped features they built and explain how they handled ambiguity.
