Description

  • Support multiple functional areas to ensure timely delivery of the Cogstate Rater Training Program.
  • Serve as a liaison between Scale Management, the Clinician Network, Science, and Site Training and Monitoring teams, as well as sponsor training contacts.
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and high-volume site communications in real time.
  • Follow study changes, re-prioritize work based on study needs, and work independently.
  • Mentor junior study team members and oversee their work output.
  • Support Rater Services Managers with minimal oversight on assigned tasks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sites, raters, CROs, and sponsors from study start-up through close-out.
  • Drive project tasks and coordinate timely delivery of client deliverables.
  • Manage, track, and communicate key project deliverables to the study PM, sponsor, or Rater Training Lead.
  • Coordinate consultant (LEAD) communications and scheduling.
  • Assume Rater Training Lead responsibilities for small to medium-sized studies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of work experience related to clinical trials.
  • CRA/CRO experience is a plus.
  • Project management or service-related industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with team members, customers, and third-party providers.
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and be proactive.
  • Strong computer literacy, including experience with clinical software and proficiency in Excel/Office.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Fluency in an additional language beyond English is a nice to have.
