Description

  • Own keyword research, topic selection, and content briefs based on search intent.
  • Build and maintain an editorial calendar aligned with sales priorities.
  • Refresh and optimize existing website pages through on-page SEO, internal linking, improved structure, and stronger calls to action.
  • Write SEO-driven blog articles of typically 800–1,200 words that rank and convert.
  • Improve and expand website copy for service pages, product pages, and landing pages with a focus on clarity and conversion.
  • Create LinkedIn content such as thought leadership posts, event recaps, and point-of-view posts.
  • Repurpose content across formats, including blog posts, LinkedIn series, landing pages, and email.
  • Work with leadership, consultants, and sales to capture customer pain points and turn them into content assets.
  • Produce sales enablement materials such as use cases, one-pagers, case study drafts, and follow-up templates.
  • Track content performance and iterate based on rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SEO copywriting, preferably in tech, software, or consulting.
  • Strong conversion-focused writing skills with clear structure, benefits-led messaging, proof, and strong calls to action.
  • Solid understanding of search intent, on-page SEO, internal linking, and content refreshes.
  • Native-level English or German proficiency; most content will be published in English.
  • Ability to work reliably and independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Background in literature, journalism, linguistics, or communications is a plus.
  • Experience writing about software development, ERP/SAP, automation, agile delivery, or IT consulting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Search Console, Ubersuggest, Semrush, Strapi, WordPress, and LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Freelance model based on 150 hours per month.
  • Experience working in a Swiss-based tech, software, IT consulting, or digital transformation environment is required.
