Description

  • Design and implement scalable frontend architecture, component patterns, and state management using React and TypeScript.
  • Own complex frontend features from initial requirements through production deployment and validation.
  • Optimize application performance, accessibility, SEO, and Vite build pipelines.
  • Lead architectural code reviews and enforce Clean Code principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve technical debt.
  • Mentor junior and intermediate engineers through pair programming, documentation, and career guidance.
  • Champion TDD, Design Systems, and Atomic Design practices across the frontend ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional frontend development experience in Agile environments.
  • Deep proficiency with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Vite.
  • Strong understanding of browser internals, web performance optimization, CI/CD, and modern Git workflows.
  • Portfolio demonstrating architectural ownership of complex, web-scale React applications.
  • Ability to independently turn vague requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
  • Advanced written and spoken English for communicating technical trade-offs with international stakeholders.
  • Experience with SSR frameworks such as Next.js or Remix (preferred).
  • Familiarity with micro-frontends and monorepo tools such as Turborepo or Nx (preferred).
  • Testing experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development or RAG frontend integrations (preferred).
