Description

  • Design, build, and deploy end-to-end agentic AI prototypes for the procurement platform and related products.
  • Architect and implement agent-based systems using AWS-native services, especially Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, and Amazon Strands SDK.
  • Translate business and product needs into scalable agentic architectures and validate ideas through working prototypes.
  • Develop production-ready code primarily in Python using best engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to integrate agentic solutions into existing systems.
  • Apply data science and machine learning concepts to improve automation, intelligence, and decision-making in agent workflows.
  • Support deployment, monitoring, and iteration of solutions using CI/CD pipelines and AWS DevOps practices.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging agentic frameworks, tools, and AWS capabilities to improve solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing agentic AI architectures in real-world scenarios.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade architectures is required.
  • Strong experience working in AWS environments, including deep knowledge of Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, and Amazon Strands SDK.
  • Advanced Python skills, with experience building, testing, and deploying complex systems.
  • Solid background in data science and machine learning, including models, data pipelines, and experimentation.
  • Practical experience with CI/CD and DevOps concepts, preferably in AWS.
  • Experience building prototypes that evolve into production solutions; this is a hands-on builder role, not research-only.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of ideas, and move fast from concept to deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to connect technical decisions to business impact.
  • Must be located in LATAM and able to work remotely across East/West Coast time zones.
