Description

  • Define and own the architectural strategy and technical standards for the AI-powered SaaS platform.
  • Design and scale solutions using generative AI, agentic AI frameworks, RAG patterns, and workflow automation.
  • Architect and govern resilient cloud-native applications, secure APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems on AWS.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to turn business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Lead technology selection, rapid proof-of-concepts, and architecture reviews across the engineering organization.
  • Mentor engineering teams and promote technical excellence, ownership, and continuous innovation.
  • Ensure the platform remains secure, resilient, and highly performant as it scales.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional software engineering and architecture experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience architecting and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS.
  • Experience with AWS services including Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, EventBridge, and SQS/SNS.
  • Proven track record in AI/LLM-based solutions, distributed systems, enterprise integration patterns, and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong leadership presence, exceptional stakeholder management, and an ownership mindset.
  • Advanced English proficiency in both written and spoken communication is mandatory.
  • Experience architecting data-intensive solutions with Amazon Redshift and Amazon S3 Data Lakes for AI/ML analytics (preferred).
  • Hands-on exposure to vector databases such as Pinecone or Milvus and AI orchestration tools such as LangChain or LlamaIndex (preferred).
  • Domain experience in aviation, MRO, airline operations, or complex supply chain systems (preferred).
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional credential (preferred).
