Description

  • Design and build robust backend applications and core business logic.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD and high-throughput data pipelines.
  • Develop internal tools and automations using Streamlit.
  • Own infrastructure integration and ensure alignment between platform and backend components.
  • Translate high-level business needs into scalable technical solutions autonomously.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and propose better technical alternatives.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities early to prevent issues.
  • Uphold reliability, security, and scalability standards in production systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python.
  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining complex data pipelines.
  • 3+ years of experience working with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
  • 5+ years of experience architecting scalable web applications and backend systems.
  • Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or data-driven automations with Streamlit is preferred.
  • Experience in regulated environments, such as healthcare tech, is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with production-grade AI agents or autonomous workflows is preferred.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear technical solutions.
  • Comfort engaging with stakeholders and challenging requirements when needed.
  • Experience working with enterprise-grade production systems focused on reliability, security, and scalability.
