Description

Manage 10-20 active client accounts and ensure milestones are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and translate them into monday.com solutions.
Build and configure workflows, automations, dashboards, and integrations in monday.com.
Lead strategy sessions, provide training, and support clients through account governance and permissioning.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain clear communication.
Proactively diagnose issues, escalate internally when needed, and resolve blockers quickly.
Collaborate with internal teams and monday.com to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Track and document project progress to keep deliverables aligned with scope and expectations.

Requirements

3+ years of project management, implementation, or consulting experience in a client-facing role.
Proven experience with monday.com, including advanced workflow design, automations, and integrations.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
Experience providing training and creating documentation for end-users (preferred).
Familiarity with make.com and Zapier (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferred).
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges (preferred).
Availability for full-time work, 40 hours per week, during 9-6 PM EST.

Ability to provide a 1-minute introduction video and CEFR English proficiency rating during application.
