Description

  • Manage 10-20 active client accounts and ensure milestones are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and translate them into monday.com solutions.
  • Build and configure workflows, automations, dashboards, and integrations in monday.com.
  • Lead strategy sessions, provide training, and support clients through account governance and permissioning.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain clear communication.
  • Proactively diagnose issues, escalate internally when needed, and resolve blockers quickly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and monday.com to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Track and document project progress to keep deliverables aligned with scope and expectations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management, implementation, or consulting experience in a client-facing role.
  • Proven experience with monday.com, including advanced workflow design, automations, and integrations.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience providing training and creating documentation for end-users (preferred).
  • Familiarity with make.com and Zapier (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferred).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges (preferred).
  • Availability for full-time work, 40 hours per week, during 9-6 PM EST.
  • Resume must be submitted in English using the Coconut VA Profile template.
  • Ability to provide a 1-minute introduction video and CEFR English proficiency rating during application.
