Description

  • Own a portfolio of client accounts as the primary strategic contact.
  • Lead bi-weekly client calls and deliver performance reports with recommendations and next steps.
  • Build, launch, optimize, and troubleshoot Meta lead-generation and appointment-booking campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structures, and creative testing.
  • Monitor performance against cost-per-appointment and other acquisition targets.
  • Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign variables.
  • Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences.
  • Develop creative hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations, collaborating with video editors.
  • Set up and troubleshoot pixels, conversion events, Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
  • Diagnose funnel issues, address account risks, and support client retention, renewals, and referrals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets and support client retention.
  • Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and video sales letter scripts.
  • Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
  • Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred: Experience in financial services, RIA marketing, or compliance-sensitive advertising.
  • Preferred: Experience with lead-generation, appointment-setting, video sales letter, high-ticket, or considered-purchase funnels.
  • Preferred: Performance marketing agency and direct-response advertising experience; upper compensation candidates should demonstrate measurable performance improvements from creative and funnel contributions.
