Description

  • Own a portfolio of client accounts as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead bi-weekly client calls and provide performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Build, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta lead-generation and appointment-booking campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables.
  • Diagnose underperforming campaigns and improve cost-per-appointment and related performance metrics.
  • Develop and test audiences, messaging, ad creative, and campaign strategies.
  • Set up and troubleshoot Meta pixels, conversion events, and tracking systems.
  • Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
  • Resolve advertising-platform and client-system issues while monitoring lead flow.
  • Build client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
  • Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain campaign performance clearly to non-technical clients.
  • Experience in financial services marketing (preferred).
  • Experience with lead-generation, appointment-setting, video sales letter, high-ticket funnel, or direct-response campaigns (preferred).
