Description

  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
  • Model the financial impact of strategic initiatives, including investments, product launches, efficiency projects, pricing, and go-to-market design.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators across Product and GTM to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support annual planning, monthly forecasting, and variance review cycles.
  • Partner with leadership to build accurate forecasts and measure performance against plan.
  • Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accuracy in revenue recognition, commissions, and expense allocation.
  • Synthesize financial results and KPIs for executive and board reporting.
  • Provide analytical support to inform business decisions across the full company P&L.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in a data-heavy analytical role, FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • Exposure to SaaS or consumption-based business models is preferred.
  • Strong SQL fluency is required; Python experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience building dynamic, driver-based financial models in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and translate analysis into clear business insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial data flows, including revenue recognition, commissions, and expense processes.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to use them in day-to-day work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with financial planning and BI tools.
