Description

  • Define and own the security product roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud across access controls, encryption, audit logging, secure networking, and tenant isolation.
  • Work with engineering to deliver secure features and ensure the control and data planes follow multi-tenant cloud security best practices.
  • Support enterprise deployment models such as BYOC, private regions, and air-gapped environments with secure architecture patterns and controls.
  • Partner with compliance teams to ensure product capabilities support SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and FedRAMP requirements.
  • Engage with customers to understand security and compliance needs and translate them into scalable product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support to create messaging, documentation, and training for security features and compliance readiness.
  • Serve as the primary resource for security product matters and communicate roadmaps and expectations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in cloud security, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of cloud security principles, including IAM, network security, encryption, secrets management, and audit logging.
  • Experience delivering secure multi-tenant architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and GDPR.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to discuss access policies, secure service-to-service communication, and threat modeling with engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across security, legal, compliance, operations, and customer-facing teams.
  • Prior experience securing a data platform, database product, or real-time analytics service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ClickHouse or other databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift is preferred.
  • Experience supporting BYOC or private deployment models is preferred.
