Description

Build, integrate, and ship AI-powered features across enterprise-grade digital solutions.
Write production code and contribute directly as a senior hands-on developer.
Use AI coding tools and agentic workflows for code generation, review, testing, and documentation.
Help the team adopt AI-accelerated engineering practices consistently.
Design and document feature components, workflows, data flows, and integration layers.
Ensure solutions are scalable, modular, and performant.
Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and make technical trade-offs.
Work with CMS concepts and headless architectures integrated with front-end frameworks.
Collaborate on AI-driven content use cases such as personalization and recommendations.

Requirements

Experience working with PHP and JavaScript-related tools and solutions, with strong hands-on capability.
Solid practical experience with AI solutions and AI-accelerated SDLC.
Strong command of high-level programming languages, programming logic, clean code, and testing.
Experience analyzing functional and non-functional requirements and making technical decisions.
Familiarity with CMS concepts, headless architectures, and front-end framework integrations.
Advanced English communication skills.
Experience with intelligent content features such as personalization engines or content recommendations (desirable).
Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development (desirable).
Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Storyblok or Sanity.io (desirable).
Experience with AI evaluation and observability, including prompt versioning, regression testing, and tracing (desirable).
Experience with AI agent frameworks and MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations (desirable).
