Description

  • Build, integrate, and ship AI-powered features across enterprise-grade digital solutions.
  • Write production code and contribute directly as a senior hands-on developer.
  • Use AI coding tools and agentic workflows for code generation, review, testing, and documentation.
  • Help the team adopt AI-accelerated engineering practices consistently.
  • Design and document feature components, workflows, data flows, and integration layers.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, modular, and performant.
  • Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and make technical trade-offs.
  • Work with CMS concepts and headless architectures integrated with front-end frameworks.
  • Collaborate on AI-driven content use cases such as personalization and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Experience working with PHP and JavaScript-related tools and solutions, with strong hands-on capability.
  • Solid practical experience with AI solutions and AI-accelerated SDLC.
  • Strong command of high-level programming languages, programming logic, clean code, and testing.
  • Experience analyzing functional and non-functional requirements and making technical decisions.
  • Familiarity with CMS concepts, headless architectures, and front-end framework integrations.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • Experience with intelligent content features such as personalization engines or content recommendations (desirable).
  • Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development (desirable).
  • Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Storyblok or Sanity.io (desirable).
  • Experience with AI evaluation and observability, including prompt versioning, regression testing, and tracing (desirable).
  • Experience with AI agent frameworks and MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations (desirable).
