Description

  • Develop AI-native solutions as part of the full SDLC, from design and build through test, deploy, and operate.
  • Build and maintain automations and agents that execute multi-step tasks using tools, repos, pipelines, and APIs.
  • Structure specifications that serve as primary input for AI-driven development workflows.
  • Apply AI throughout development tasks such as code generation, testing, refactoring, and debugging.
  • Create reusable skills and compose capabilities into agent-based workflows.
  • Integrate development workflows through MCP or equivalent interfaces and prompt-based operational commands.
  • Orchestrate multi-agent or human-plus-agent workflows across Git, CI/CD, issue tracking, and observability tools.
  • Evaluate AI outputs critically for quality, security, and consistency before production use.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to solve complex system-level problems.
  • Maintain control over AI-generated results while ensuring safe operation in production.

Requirements

  • Experience with development using .NET and Python, with .NET as the primary focus.
  • Experience with AWS and infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC across design, build, test, deploy, and operate.
  • Advanced use of AI in development, including code generation, testing, refactoring, and debugging.
  • Experience building agents with multi-step execution, tool usage, planning, and execution.
  • Experience creating reusable skills and composing capabilities.
  • Experience integrating via MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent.
  • Experience creating slash commands or prompt-based operational interfaces.
  • Experience orchestrating multi-agent or human-plus-agent workflows.
  • Strong systems thinking, problem decomposition, communication, critical thinking about AI outputs, and willingness to learn continuously.
