Description

  • Operate the software development lifecycle in an AI-native way, using AI as part of the end-to-end workflow.
  • Design and maintain specifications that serve as primary input for AI-assisted development.
  • Use agentic automation to execute multi-step tasks across repositories, pipelines, APIs, and related tools.
  • Build and orchestrate multi-step AI agents, including planning, execution, and tool usage.
  • Create reusable skills and compose capabilities for AI-enabled development workflows.
  • Integrate development workflows through MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent approaches.
  • Develop slash commands and prompt-based operational interfaces.
  • Orchestrate multi-agent or human-plus-agent workflows.
  • Integrate AI-enabled processes with Git, CI/CD, issue tracking, and observability tools.
  • Evaluate AI outputs for quality, security, consistency, and production readiness.

Requirements

  • Experience developing with .NET.
  • Experience with AWS and infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Experience with spec-driven development, using specifications as the primary input for AI.
  • Strong command of the SDLC from design through build, test, deploy, and operate.
  • Advanced use of AI in development, including code generation, testing, refactoring, and debugging.
  • Experience building agents with multi-step execution, tool usage, planning, and execution.
  • Experience creating reusable skills and composing capabilities.
  • Experience integrating with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent solutions.
  • Experience creating slash commands or prompt-structured operational interfaces.
  • Ability to assess AI outputs critically for quality, security, and consistency.
  • Experience working from Brazil; candidates in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas must attend the city office according to the current attendance policy.
