Description

  • Own the technical evolution of the CI/CD process by analyzing the current state and proposing improvements aligned with market best practices.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure resources, ensuring observability, security, scalability, and cost optimization.
  • Automate processes to reduce downtime and improve incident recovery time (MTTR).
  • Support the team in investigating infrastructure, performance, and stability issues.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring, alerts, and observability dashboards to ensure high availability.
  • Work closely with architecture and development teams to prioritize improvements that increase delivery speed and infrastructure reliability.
  • Act as a continuous improvement agent by proposing and implementing engineering standards, automations, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, especially building pipelines and reusable templates.
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines with integrations for SAST and DAST security tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure to provision, manage, and monitor infrastructure resources.
  • Experience working with managed services and cloud architecture best practices in Azure.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as ARM, Bicep, Terraform, or similar.
  • Preferred experience in mobile build and deploy workflows, especially with Ionic.
  • Preferred knowledge of integration with Keeggo or similar mobile package deployment tools for Beta, QA, and homologation testing.
  • Preferred experience with Azure Container Registry (ACR) and container image workflows.
  • Preferred experience implementing build-once, deploy-many pipelines that reuse artifacts across multiple environments.
  • Preferred experience implementing Canary Release and Blue/Green Deployment strategies.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with strong communication skills.
  • Constructive critical thinking with the ability to identify risks, bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
  • Strong ownership mindset and responsibility for the delivery environment and process.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and ongoing learning.
