Description

  • Support AWS customer teams in business transformation initiatives and cloud adoption strategies under close guidance from senior AWS Advisory team members.
  • Assist in applying the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) to help customers understand their cloud transformation journey.
  • Gather and organize business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the creation of basic business cases and transformation roadmaps.
  • Document customer engagement deliverables, outcomes, and metrics.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and help document key findings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Familiarity with business analysis methodologies.
  • Proficiency in documentation and presentation creation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and common collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of process improvement techniques (preferred).
  • Understanding of change management principles (preferred).
  • Good oral and written communication skills (preferred).
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or equivalent knowledge (preferred).
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies (preferred).
