Description

  • Lead the day-to-day governance of three squads in a hybrid CI&T and client model, ensuring alignment, focus, and execution.
  • Plan, track, and support the rollout of CI&T Flow, including adoption indicators, throughput metrics, and blocker removal.
  • Enable Product Owners and teams to use CI&T Flow upstream agents for discovery, story writing, prioritization, and documentation.
  • Organize, refine, and prioritize the backlog with the Product Owner based on value, dependencies, and business goals, ensuring ready and accepted criteria.
  • Drive discovery activities by understanding business needs, writing user stories and use cases, and supporting BCP counting.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as planning, reviews, dailies, refinements, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure delivery on time and with quality while supporting operational efficiency and value capture with GenAI.
  • Analyze productivity and throughput metrics, identify root causes, and coordinate action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading teams in an agile environment with a focus on continuous delivery and SDLC improvement.
  • Experience in backlog management, discovery work, and value-driven prioritization.
  • Experience supporting the adoption of new platforms or processes in teams, including change management in engineering or product contexts.
  • Practical knowledge of agile and lean methods such as Scrum and Kanban, including rituals, metrics, and dependency management.
  • Strong analytical skills, clear stakeholder communication, and risk and impediment management capabilities.
  • Experience working in a hybrid model with clients, including relationship management and expectation alignment.
  • Preferred experience with CI&T Flow, including upstream agents, or similar productivity and GenAI platforms.
  • Preferred familiarity with GenAI applied to development workflows, such as discovery improvement, story generation/review, documentation, and testing.
  • Preferred experience in mature SDLC environments with CI/CD, quality, security, and collaboration with architecture and engineering teams.
