Description

  • Manage the certification backlog by mapping partner portal requirements (e.g., Google Cloud Partner Advantage) and defining a clear timeline for which exams are needed and when.
  • Facilitate and remove impediments for technical teams (developers, architects) to study and take exams, including negotiating study hours with leaders and coordinating with the PDM on solutions.
  • Organize and run study groups, workshops, and focused certification activities to increase pass rates and readiness.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and metrics tracking vouchers issued, scheduled exam dates, approval status, and certification validity periods.
  • Administer and update the company and employee profiles on cloud provider partner portals to ensure certifications are correctly registered.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for questions about certification programs and communicate status, requirements, and next steps to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering leads and people managers to convert company certification goals into actionable plans and deliverables.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with internal learning resources (CI&T University and external platforms) to support certification paths.
  • Report on certification progress, risks, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders to ensure targets are met and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience facilitating corporate education programs (essential).
  • Experience in project management, agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach), or training/development in IT.
  • Strong organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage backlogs and timelines.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for conversation, reading, and writing.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate, hold stakeholders accountable, and engage IT professionals empathetically and effectively.
  • Result-oriented mindset with ability to translate company certification targets into executable action plans.
  • Familiarity with basic Cloud Computing concepts (preferred; programming not required).
  • Experience navigating partner portals from Google, AWS, or Microsoft is a plus.
  • If residing in the Campinas Metropolitan Region, ability to work from the Campinas offices as required by company attendance policy.
