Description

  • Design system architectures for autonomous agents, including modularization, orchestration layers, communication protocols, and persistence/memory mechanisms.
  • Design and implement core agent components such as perception, decision-making, memory, and reflection to ensure agent adaptation and autonomy.
  • Establish protocols and mechanisms for agent-to-agent communication and cooperation to avoid conflicts and optimize system efficiency.
  • Develop scalable, secure deployment architectures with governance, monitoring, and observability for production autonomous-agent systems.
  • Research, prototype, and implement new approaches to improve performance, adaptability, and intelligence of multi-agent systems.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to align agent architecture with business objectives and user requirements.
  • Lead technical presentations and explain architectural decisions to large English-speaking stakeholder groups supporting North America.
  • Participate in pre-sales and solution-design activities as needed to support business development and client engagements.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of event-driven architecture, inter-component communication, and resilient distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and Swarm.
  • Proficiency with LLM and agent technologies including LangChain, Langflow, the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) protocols.
  • Familiarity with data infrastructures, vector systems, and databases for persistence and retrieval.
  • Proven ability to design complex systems with multiple interacting components ensuring scalability, maintainability, and robustness.
  • Strong cloud experience with at least one major provider (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Fluent English communication skills for frequent conversations and presentations to North American stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of agency fundamentals: planning/intentionality, self-reflection, reactivity, and continuous learning.
  • Understanding of security, governance, explainability, and risk management (TRiSM) in multi-agent systems.
  • Experience with agent orchestration, visualization/monitoring tools (e.g., Langflow), AI research awareness, and prior tech pre-sales experience as a differentiator.
