Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain application features using Python and React/TypeScript.
  • Contribute to projects built in Go as needed.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools while validating and correcting generated code.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ship production-quality code quickly.
  • Participate in architecture decisions and define application-stack best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve full-stack issues.
  • Support additional internal engineering initiatives as capacity allows.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for backend development.
  • Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and NPM.
  • Proven experience building and shipping production applications with Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
  • Experience with or willingness to work in Go; Go experience is preferred.
  • Practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or Copilot.
  • Comfort working across the full stack, with an emphasis on backend systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-direction, and ability to work at a fast pace.
  • Familiarity with Ascender, AWX, or Ansible, and experience with event-driven architecture, infrastructure automation, or DevOps tooling are preferred.
  • Collaborative, humble, honest, and continuous-improvement-oriented approach.
