Description

  • Lead large-scale, complex projects across integrated campaigns, product launches, digital and print tactics, websites, email programs, and social media initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, scopes, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including documentation, statements of work, estimates, status reports, change orders, and budget reconciliation.
  • Monitor project health, identify risks and dependencies, escalate issues, and implement solutions to protect timelines.
  • Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings such as kickoffs, status updates, project reviews, and working sessions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting in tools such as Smartsheet, Hive, Workfront, SharePoint, or Microsoft Project.
  • Lead routing and review workflows across cross-functional teams to secure feedback, approvals, and final asset delivery.
  • Act as a trusted client contact, providing updates, setting expectations, and supporting strategic discussions.
  • Partner with finance and leadership on revenue reconciliation, staffing alignment, burn reports, and budget management.
  • Mentor and support project management team members, and assist with onboarding, training, and workload management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in an integrated advertising, marketing, or digital agency environment.
  • Experience working with AOR Pharma Launch.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, integrated campaigns and large-scale initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Experience with project planning, facilitation, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Experience managing project budgets and financial tracking processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Workfront, Smartsheet, Hive, Microsoft Project, or SharePoint.
  • Experience with software development life cycles, digital production, creative workflows, and web technologies preferred.
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or related certifications are a plus.
  • Must be able to work EST timezone.
