Description

  • Work with customers through onboarding, pilots, and early production.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer- or platform-side integration issues.
  • Implement and test ingestion pipelines, mappings, transformations, and webhooks end to end.
  • Identify provider-specific quirks and edge cases, and validate integrations before and after launch.
  • Validate location, HOS, asset, trailer, and other real-world telematics data.
  • Surface recurring field issues and use production insights to influence roadmap decisions.
  • Coordinate with telematics providers on APIs, sandboxes, and technical issues.
  • Improve internal and customer-facing technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with GTM and engineering leadership to accelerate deals and incorporate customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and an ownership mindset.
  • Experience working with structured data, including JSON, SQL, and CSV.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to reason through complex, messy real-world systems.
  • Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and integrations simultaneously.
  • Effectiveness in a remote-first environment.
  • 2+ years of software engineering experience preferred; integrations, solution engineering, or data operations experience is a plus.
  • Logistics, freight, or telematics experience preferred.
  • US work authorization; sponsorship is not available, with occasional team and customer travel required.
