Description

  • Design user experiences for cloud-based audit, financial reporting, and data analytics products from problem framing through implementation.
  • Shape how the design team incorporates AI into everyday design practice and evaluates new tools.
  • Design human oversight moments in agentic workflows and collaborate with engineering on trigger conditions.
  • Evolve the design system and ensure AI-generated UI meets design-system and accessibility standards.
  • Plan and lead user research and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
  • Lead cross-functional design conversations with Product and Engineering to drive product direction.
  • Represent the design team to internal leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Drive cross-team initiatives across multiple product areas.
  • Mentor junior and intermediate designers and support their growth in design craft and AI-assisted practice.
  • Participate in design critiques and contribute to ongoing design practice improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional UX experience.
  • A portfolio that shows both design work and how you led others through problems and ambiguity.
  • Fluency with AI-assisted tools such as Figma Make, Claude Code, and Replit.
  • Ability to prompt effectively, build custom workflows, evaluate generated output, and refine it to design-system and accessibility standards.
  • Experience designing human oversight moments in agentic or AI-driven features.
  • Experience planning and leading end-to-end user research programs.
  • Proficiency with Figma and related design and prototyping tools.
  • Substantial experience working within and evolving a component-based design system.
  • Strong working knowledge of accessibility standards.
  • Experience mentoring junior or intermediate designers and communicating design reasoning to non-design audiences.
  • Knowledge of accounting, audit, or financial services industries is a bonus.
  • Prior experience designing AI-powered or conversational product features is a bonus.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
