Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of accounting and assurance solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Act as the primary solution authority for client engagements and provide expert guidance on Caseware functionality and best practices.
  • Translate client business and regulatory requirements into scalable, compliant software configurations aligned to accounting standards and firm methodologies.
  • Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Oversee project execution and delivery quality, including scope control, risk identification, issue resolution, timelines, budgets, and service standards.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, Sales, and Engineering teams to escalate issues, share feedback, and improve client outcomes.
  • Mentor Associate Consultants and other implementation team members through knowledge sharing, solution reviews, and delivery oversight.
  • Deliver client training and change management activities to support adoption and long-term value realization.
  • Support pre-sales activities such as proposals, solution demos, effort estimation, and implementation planning.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Professional Services methodologies, standards, and implementation assets.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company serving the accounting profession, or at least 4 years of experience in an audit, accounting, or professional services firm.
  • Experience leading end-to-end software implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and assurance workflows, professional standards, and firm operating models.
  • Proven ability to manage client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor in complex engagements.
  • Experience owning delivery outcomes with minimal oversight, including scope, quality, risk, and timelines.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills in a professional services environment.
  • Ability to mentor and help develop team capability.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, implementation, product management, or project management is relevant.
  • Experience performing accounting, external audit, or assurance engagements is relevant.
  • Knowledge of Caseware or similar accounting and audit software is a plus.

  • Annual base salary of CAD $103,000 to $130,000.
