Description

  • Manage a portfolio of mobile-home mortgage loans across all delinquency stages.
  • Conduct inbound and outbound borrower communications to resolve delinquent accounts.
  • Analyze borrowers’ financial situations and explain available repayment options.
  • Negotiate repayment plans and work toward full reinstatement of delinquent loans.
  • Evaluate and process loss-mitigation options, including forbearance, repayment plans, and loan modifications.
  • Initiate and track loss-mitigation workflows according to investor guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate servicing notes and documentation in loan servicing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with FDCPA, CFPB, RESPA, investor, and company requirements.
  • Collaborate with Loss Mitigation, Customer Service, Bankruptcy, and Foreclosure teams.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
  • 1–3 years of mortgage collections or servicing experience; manufactured-home experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of GSE, FHA, VA, Freddie Mac, and conventional loan programs.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with mortgage servicing systems and Microsoft Office.
