Description

  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ homes using Carvana’s car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect vehicles to ensure they are safe to drive.
  • Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system.
  • Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in line with Carvana’s driver qualification policy.
  • Provide customer-facing support in a role that contributes to the car-buying and delivery experience.
  • Work rotating shifts and remain available to work seven days a week, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Participate in local community involvement as part of the Customer Advocate role.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and remain physically active for 8+ hours.
  • Ability to reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, squat, and perform high and low movement.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements for access to DMV/title and registration systems.
  • Must obtain a Notary license in the local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment, with process sponsored by Carvana.
  • Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur’s license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks of employment.
  • California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Availability to work shifts from 7am–5pm, 9am–7pm, or 11am–9pm, with rotating days off.
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
