Description

  • Assist callers with questions about employer benefit programs.
  • Help members file claims, set up direct deposits, and obtain new vendor cards.
  • Update member demographic information across internal and external systems.
  • Explain plan elections and help employees use their benefits effectively.
  • Conduct provider searches and enroll dependents.
  • Escalate complex issues and collaborate with Account Managers on resolutions.
  • Handle high call volumes using de-escalation techniques and pursuing first-call resolution.
  • Maintain detailed call logs and complete timely follow-up.
  • Participate in outreach campaigns and collaborate on pending eligibility issues.

Requirements

  • Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English.
  • Previous customer service experience, including inbound and outbound calls.
  • Strong communication skills and an empathetic, professional demeanor.
  • Basic understanding of employee benefits, insurance terminology, and related services.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn new software and use standard office equipment.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes during peak periods.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must reside anywhere in Florida.
