Description

  • Make outbound calls to patients from an assigned patient pool.
  • Educate patients on the benefits of the care coordination program.
  • Persuade eligible patients to enroll in the program.
  • Build rapport with prospective patients over the phone.
  • Tailor outreach and messaging based on patient demographics, health concerns, and insurance.
  • Maintain high call volume and spend most of the workday on the phone.
  • Enter patient information accurately and take thorough notes in real time.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment while contributing to team goals.

Requirements

  • Strong people skills.
  • Proven adaptability in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and performance metrics.
  • Ability to maintain a high call volume and spend more than 80% of the day on the phone.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak in an informative, persuasive, concise, and personable manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate leadership.
  • Warm, professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong data entry skills and ability to multitask.
  • Empathy and a patient-focused mindset.
  • Creativity in educating patients and presenting CCM program benefits.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Skype.
  • Availability during business hours, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm CST.
  • Associate degree or higher.
  • US-based location.
