Description

  • Review participant case files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with WIOA, TANF, SNAP, state, local, and corporate requirements.
  • Monitor participant data in state and internal management systems for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify deficiencies and trends, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support local QA staff in resolving file, data, eligibility, and cost issues.
  • Lead bi-weekly check-in calls with program, regional, and QA staff.
  • Maintain spreadsheets, reporting tools, dashboards, and quality assurance reports.
  • Assist with program monitoring, audits, policy updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with training staff to address recurring issues and deliver targeted training.
  • Review invoices, payment requisitions, and ACH requests for accuracy, authorization, and documentation.
  • Prepare weekly billing spreadsheets and resolve missing information, duplicate entries, and calculation discrepancies with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent workforce experience.
  • Experience with WIOA, TANF, and/or SNAP in quality assurance, monitoring, compliance, case management, or eligibility.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, analytical ability, research skills, and critical thinking.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Google Drive.
  • Ability to learn specialized databases and software systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to work remotely during the business hours required by assigned contracts.
  • Successful completion of criminal, employment, and education background checks.

Benefits
