Description

  • Commission new ventilation and HVAC equipment at customer sites.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace existing commercial HVAC equipment.
  • Maintain service schedules and manage day-to-day field service work.
  • Prepare and submit job reports and invoices on a daily basis.
  • Work directly with customers and collaborate across departments to resolve service issues.
  • Perform field work in outside conditions, tight spaces, and on ladders for roof access.
  • Use power and hand tools to complete service and repair tasks.
  • Participate in formal training and mentorship to learn CaptiveAire products and service procedures.

Requirements

  • HVAC or HVAC/R experience or skill set is desired.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
  • Ability to read commercial wiring schematics.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds independently.
  • Ability to work safely in outside conditions, tight spaces, and on ladders.
  • Ability to use power and hand tools.
  • Must be safety-minded.
  • Willingness to travel for various training opportunities.
  • A strong drive to succeed and a proactive, self-starter attitude is expected.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
  • Preferred: willingness to develop skills through extensive formal training and mentorship.

  • Base salary of $65k-$85k+ depending on experience, plus a monthly productivity and profit-based bonus.
