Description

  • Support and maintain Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) across field sites.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Gallagher and C•CURE PACS platforms.
  • Manage supporting Windows Server and SQL Server infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support for field sites and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Support ePACS deployments, automation, and environment maintenance.
  • Coordinate with the ePACS team to troubleshoot on-site hardware issues.
  • Maintain ePACS database infrastructure and field-site connectivity.
  • Document recurring issues, troubleshooting procedures, and resolutions.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Gallagher and/or C•CURE PACS.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Milestone or another video management system (VMS).
  • Experience with Windows Server and SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with networking, field hardware, and system connectivity.
  • Experience supporting system deployments, maintenance, or automation.
  • Strong hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong documentation, communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
  • Experience with Lenel physical access control systems (preferred).
  • Experience with DevOps practices, distributed or remote field infrastructure, or relevant PACS/ePACS certifications (preferred).
