Description

  • Serve as the frontend technical lead for CMG’s DataLab product and help set direction for the Mission Control team in the Western Hemisphere.
  • Develop and maintain complex, scalable web interfaces using React and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with product managers, back-end engineers, and engineering leaders to translate business needs into maintainable code.
  • Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and establish UI development best practices.
  • Guide component design, accessibility, performance, and developer experience improvements.
  • Champion design consistency and overall product quality across the frontend.
  • Contribute to unit, component, and end-to-end testing.
  • Use modern agentic coding tools to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and explore solutions.
  • Research, prototype, and implement production-quality frontend improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of React experience.
  • 5+ years of TypeScript experience.
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience leading frontend technical decisions and mentoring engineers.
  • Experience driving UI architecture standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to use agentic coding tools such as Claude, Codex, and CoPilot productively.
  • Strong standards for correctness, security, maintainability, and team collaboration.
  • Modern JavaScript ecosystem experience.
  • Solid full-stack experience; Node.js experience is acceptable, and .NET shop experience is relevant.
  • Fintech experience is a plus.
