Description

  • Lead the end-to-end testing strategy, planning, coordination, and execution across product launch and card conversion initiatives.
  • Coordinate testing activities across business, technology, and operations teams to ensure complete coverage and delivery readiness.
  • Manage a hybrid onshore/offshore testing model, including defect management, issue resolution, governance, and reporting.
  • Provide regular updates to executive stakeholders and support delivery teams with test management and risk mitigation.
  • Drive quality across large-scale card portfolio conversion programmes to support successful implementation and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading testing for large-scale banking transformation programmes.
  • Deep expertise in cards, card processing platforms, and card portfolio conversions.
  • Strong knowledge of test strategy, planning, governance, defect management, and release readiness.
  • Experience managing distributed onshore and offshore testing teams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both delivery teams and senior executives.
  • Experience delivering payment modernization or digital card transformation initiatives (bonus point).
  • Knowledge of industry-standard testing methodologies and quality assurance frameworks (bonus point).
  • Experience working within consulting or complex enterprise financial services environments (bonus point).
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and modern test management tools (bonus point).
  • Relevant certifications in testing, Agile, or project delivery (bonus point).

  • Base salary of $118,000 to $152,000 CAD.
