Description

  • Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap to the development team and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog for multiple products.
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and related artifacts to guide development.
  • Collaborate with customers, business owners, and development teams to gather feedback and requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to support effective communication.
  • Work with the Scrum Master and development team to plan and coordinate releases.
  • Identify delivery risks and obstacles and help mitigate them.
  • Define and maintain product quality standards with QA staff and participate in testing and validation.
  • Conduct product demos and gather stakeholder feedback to refine priorities.
  • Foster continuous improvement across the team and product development process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with agile project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
