Description

  • Lead hypercare initiatives during the initial weeks after SAP EWM implementations.
  • Monitor and report on system issues, responding quickly to failures and user-reported concerns.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex SAP EWM support issues.
  • Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to SAP EWM Support Consultants I and II.
  • Manage a high volume of support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose root causes of system errors and coordinate fixes with relevant teams.
  • Track system performance to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, development teams, project managers, and client leadership to resolve tickets and enhance performance.
  • Document support processes, configurations, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices for future reference.
  • Conduct training sessions for end users and client personnel on EWM usage and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or a High School Diploma/GED with equivalent years of experience.
  • SAP EWM certification is required, or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Background or education in logistics, distribution, MIS, IT, or another related field.
  • Must have an active government clearance or be able to obtain one before the hire date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required to obtain government clearance.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP logistics modules and SDLC.
  • Experience working with the Department of Defense or another federal agency is a plus.
  • Proven ability to train and mentor team members and client users.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
