Description

  • Lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through completion.
  • Build and manage detailed project timelines to ensure smooth, transparent delivery.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and coordinate across Technical Solutions, GIS, and Development teams.
  • Mentor and coach Implementation Consultants through check-ins, project reviews, and real-time support.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex client issues and help resolve stalled projects.
  • Monitor project health across the team and identify risks, resource conflicts, and capacity issues early.
  • Support data migration efforts to ensure work is accurate, on time, and minimizes rework.
  • Help build scalable processes that improve how the implementation team operates.
  • Provide visibility into project status and team performance without requiring constant follow-up.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software implementations, client onboarding, or similar project management roles.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading peers; formal management title is not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Comfort working with data in Excel.
  • Eagerness to leverage AI tools in day-to-day work.
  • Ability to context-switch between individual client delivery and team support without losing track of either.
  • Bonus points for familiarity with public sector clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to elevate others and help teammates grow into more complex work.
