Description

  • Lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
  • Build and manage detailed project timelines to ensure a smooth and transparent implementation process.
  • Coordinate across Technical Solutions, GIS, and Development teams to align deliverables, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Communicate proactively with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle to keep them informed and supported.
  • Own data migration workflows, including cleansing, validating, transforming, and importing client data.
  • Use Excel and AI-powered tools to improve data accuracy and efficiency during implementation work.
  • Conduct product training and presentations for transportation directors, route planners, and other stakeholders.
  • Deliver training both online and in person, including travel to client sites when needed.
  • Serve as a trusted product and industry expert who helps clients through change management.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements, including ways AI and automation can streamline future implementations.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in software implementations, client onboarding, or similar project management roles.
  • Bonus points for familiarity with public sector clients.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills in cross-functional settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to make complex information feel simple and understandable.
  • Comfort working with data in Excel.
  • Eagerness to leverage AI tools in day-to-day work.
  • Passion for customer experience and helping clients succeed.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for in-person training and presentations.
