Description

  • Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution and trial.
  • Develop case strategies and handle discovery, depositions, motions, negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings.
  • Represent clients in Missouri state courts and advocate at trials and other proceedings.
  • Advise clients on their rights, options, case progress, and litigation strategy.
  • Draft and argue pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement demands, and other litigation documents.
  • Evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage, medical evidence, and litigation risks.
  • Prepare exhibits, witnesses, evidence, and trial strategies with paralegals and support staff.
  • Maintain consistent client communication and provide a high-touch client experience.
  • Manage a substantial caseload while meeting Missouri deadlines and procedural requirements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
  • Active Missouri law license in good standing with the Missouri Bar.
  • Significant courtroom and trial experience with a record of favorable client outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of Missouri personal injury litigation, court procedures, and applicable laws.
  • Exceptional litigation, courtroom advocacy, negotiation, legal writing, and oral argument skills.
  • Strong analytical ability, strategic judgment, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to independently manage a full caseload in a remote environment.
  • Collaborative approach when working with attorneys, paralegals, intake staff, and other departments.
