Description

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Health Platform across data ingestion, AI-driven insights, user experience, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, UX, and external partners to deliver product features on time and to quality standards.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, including user research, market insights, data signals, feature specifications, and release planning.
  • Drive data-informed product decisions by defining KPIs, instrumentation, A/B tests, and user feedback loops.
  • Lead discovery work, persona development, and qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behaviors and motivations.
  • Define go-to-market strategy, help craft messaging, coordinate cross-functional launches, and monitor adoption and retention.
  • Monitor trends in wearables, biomarkers, AI/ML health coaching, competitive products, and regulatory and privacy implications.
  • Translate user and market insights into product decisions that improve health outcomes and user experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in consumer health, wellness tech, connected wearables, biometrics, or AI-driven consumer applications.
  • Demonstrated experience owning the full product lifecycle from discovery and specification through launch, iteration, and growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data, metrics, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis to guide product decisions.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration experience with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and business teams.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate strategy, detail specs, and evangelize internally and externally.
  • Prior experience in a health-tech startup, wearable ecosystem, or biomarker/clinical consumer product context preferred.
  • Hands-on experience working with AI/ML or data science teams preferred.
  • Demonstrated success scaling a consumer health product with adoption, retention, behavior change, and measurable outcomes preferred.
  • Familiarity with privacy, compliance, healthcare data, HIPAA, biometric data, secure ingestion, or regulated health domains preferred.
  • Experience with growth metrics, lifecycle management, and health behavior change frameworks preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $160,000–$230,000 base pay.
  • Equity package included.
  • Flexible location with frequent travel to the San Francisco Bay Area expected.
