Description

  • Work directly with customers to translate business needs into AI-enhanced technical solutions.
  • Configure and extend the platform using Python, MySQL, automation tools, and AI APIs.
  • Partner with product management to launch secure, user-friendly features with automation, predictive analytics, and natural-language capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI-driven requirements, manage expectations, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Deliver projects according to Statements of Work and communicate progress to customers.
  • Create and maintain validation tests to ensure the accuracy and integrity of AI-powered workflows.
  • Apply Agile practices including Scrum, automated testing, continuous integration, code reviews, and version control.
  • Use AI throughout implementations to optimize workflows, automate complex tasks, and improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Python web development experience.
  • 3+ years of SaaS product development experience, including cloud-based solutions.
  • 3+ years of professional experience with relational databases such as MySQL.
  • 3+ years of experience with Django or another Python framework.
  • 2+ years of experience building and consuming APIs.
  • Experience using AI-enhanced IDEs such as Cursor or VS Code.
  • Experience with agentic frameworks such as AutoGen, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
  • Professional experience with Docker and AWS services including EC2, API Gateway, and Lambda.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be located in Argentina or Brazil and submit a resume in English.
  • Experience at a scaling startup and in a customer-facing role (preferred).
