Description

  • Lead product ownership for the Acqueon Dialer platform to ensure optimal campaign performance and regulatory/compliance adherence.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Call Center Operations, Sales, Compliance, and IT to define and deliver campaign strategies and enhancements.
  • Gather and document business requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, and maintain a well-prioritized product backlog.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and QA to ensure features are developed, tested, and deployed according to specifications and sprint goals.
  • Plan and participate in sprint activities including backlog grooming and sprint planning to ensure prioritized work is consumed by the scrum team.
  • Conduct and oversee UAT sessions with business partners to validate new functionality and acceptance criteria.
  • Provide production support for incident resolution and defect management, coordinating fixes and workarounds as needed.
  • Create and deliver professional presentation decks to communicate new or enhanced capabilities to business stakeholders.
  • Leverage data to create clear, compelling narratives that inform product decisions and stakeholder buy-in.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven hands-on experience as a Product Owner on the Acqueon Dialer platform (must have worked as a PO, not as a technical developer or junior PO).
  • Extensive experience in customer service environments, including dialer operations and campaign management.
  • Strong experience writing user stories and managing a prioritized product backlog.
  • Experience working with scrum teams and Agile methodologies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, cross-functional collaboration).
  • Experience coordinating with QA, conducting UAT, and providing production support for incidents and defect resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and present to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze and use data to tell a story and support decision-making.
  • Remote USA-based (must be located in or eligible to work remotely within the United States).
  • Preferred: Twilio integration or other communications-platform experience, and healthcare industry background.
