  • Lead, mentor, and manage engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

  • Lead engineering recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Track emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain technical competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Technical background with strong software engineering and development experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in the technology domain.
  • Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams delivering high-impact projects.
  • Strong technical leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and people leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and tools.
