Description

  • Support day-to-day implementation tasks to help projects stay on time and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure assigned actions and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Maintain and update implementation plans so project elements remain aligned and progressing according to schedule.
  • Support internal and client-facing kick-off meetings to align objectives and expectations.
  • Assist in regular client status meetings and contribute updates that support client satisfaction.
  • Foster and maintain internal relationships to enable smooth project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to implementation processes, compliance actions, and required practices.
  • Maintain timesheet compliance and manage OMG data so jobs are set up and tracked correctly.

Requirements

  • Some experience in an account management or project management role, ideally within the creative or tech industries.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in data management and maintaining documentation to ensure compliance and track project progress.
  • Experience supporting project coordination or implementation work is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
