Description

  • Lead a team of GenAI Art Directors and Creators and provide creative direction and mentorship.
  • Set the standard for quality and originality in GenAI-powered advertising from brief to delivery.
  • Oversee end-to-end GenAI content creation, including concept, copy, design, image/video generation, and final assembly.
  • Foster experimentation and learning by keeping the team informed on emerging GenAI trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Account teams to interpret client briefs, present GenAI solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Educate clients and internal stakeholders on GenAI opportunities and limitations.
  • Work closely with resourcing teams to allocate the right expertise and meet project deadlines.
  • Uphold client brand standards and maintain consistency across all creative output.
  • Collaborate with Product and Training teams to explore, pilot, and refine new GenAI tools, workflows, and features.
  • Provide feedback, champion responsible GenAI deployment, and support rollout of new techniques across the business.

Requirements

  • Experience working with a global beauty or personal care brand.
  • Strong background in traditional, non-AI advertising and highly creative thinking.
  • Track record of delivering real-world digital advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Adobe Firefly.
  • Deep knowledge of GenAI techniques, including prompting, model selection, multi-stage workflow integration, and creative fine-tuning.
  • Ability to analyze GenAI outputs, identify subtle errors or inconsistencies, and correct them through prompt refinement or editing tools.
  • Strong judgment in evaluating briefs and identifying where GenAI can be integrated for maximum efficiency and impact.
  • Passion for AI and new technology.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and related creative software.
  • Outstanding leadership and team-management skills, with the ability to motivate, influence, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
  • Prior agency experience preferred and comfort directing complex, cross-functional creative projects.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with public speaking, presentation, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with a positive attitude toward GenAI's creative potential.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance creative ambition with business objectives.
  • Up-to-date understanding of the ethical and legal implications of GenAI in advertising.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and detail-oriented while operating strategically.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and other business tools.
